
Only people you designate as nominated contacts can access specific parts of the service, such as being a contact for quick help or shopping assistance.
Sentai temporarily stores conversation transcripts in its own encrypted database, but only summarises and shares with family and carers what is relevant, for example if medicine was taken, or help was needed. Sentai doesn’t share the content any conversations with anyone else.
AI is used to synthesize Sentai’s speech, convert speech to text and text to speech, create conversational content, and intelligently interpret conversations for outcomes and mood. Sentai uses multiple services to deliver a best-in-class experience, for example Microsoft Azure for Speech-to-Text, and Open AI for content creation and analysis.
All of Sentai’s data is encrypted along with other industry standard security measures.
