First, check that your device is powered and connected to the internet. If issues persist, try saying "Hey Sentai, are you there?" If there's still no response, restart the device by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
Sentai will update automatically when connected to the internet.
Light goes pink when Sentai’s offline. App users will be alerted to this as reminders will not come through so the log will show ‘undelivered - offline’. Once WiFi is available Sentai will reconnect.
