Sentai will add a daily AI generated summary into a user’s care notes. Carers or family can also add notes.
Care notes can be added in the app by carers or family members who are configured to see care notes, either by voice or by typing.
In the app, go to Notes in the main navigation
Press the pen icon on the action button at the bottom right.
Enter your note. You can use the voice dictation feature on your phone.
Press Save.
Carers who have access to the Sentai Pro Dashboard can also add notes in the dashboard.
In the dashboard, go to go to Users in the left navigation.
Search for the user, or find the user in the list. Press the eye icon in the list to go to the relevant user.
In the user’s profile page, go to Notes and Add note.
Enter your note.
Press Save.
