You can stop an interaction by pressing the button. Sentai will try again after 30 minutes. If you don’t want to be disturbed, say “Hi Sentai go mute”, or press the button for 3 seconds until the lights on the device go red. If you want to unmute Sentai, press the button again once, or say “Hi Sentai, unmute”.
You can ask Sentai to increase or decrease the volume if you can’t hear it, or ask it to set it to maximum. The Sentai speaker has no physical volume buttons.
Times for all scheduled interactions can be changes in the Sentai App. If you don’t have the app ask the person who has set up Sentai for you.
Sentai’s not listening all the time. The microphone in the Sentai speaker operates in a limited listening mode that processes audio locally without recording, storing, or transmitting any data to external servers. Only after the wake word is detected does the speaker begin to send audio data for processing.
