This page describes basic interaction such as mute, volume, postponing an interaction.
To mute Sentai, say “Hi Sentai go mute” or press the speaker button for 3 seconds until the red light appears. This will stop any incoming interactions. However, Sentai will still listen for the wake word.
To unmute, just press the button or say “Hi Sentai, unmute”.
Postpone an interaction by mentioning a time, or number of minutes, or by just asking Sentai to come back later. If no timeframe is mentioned, Sentai will come back after 30 min.
You can stop an interaction by pressing the button or by saying “Sentai stop!’ Sentai will try again after 30 minutes. If you don’t want to be disturbed, say “Hi Sentai go mute”, or press the button for 3 seconds until the lights on the device go red. If you want to unmute Sentai, press the button again once, or say “Hi Sentai, unmute”.
You can ask Sentai to increase or decrease the volume if you can’t hear it, or ask it to set it to maximum. The Sentai speaker has no physical volume buttons.
