If you don’t want to be disturbed, say the wake word and “go mute”, or press the button for 3 seconds until the lights on the device go red. If you want to unmute Sentai, press the button again once, or say the wake word and “Unmute”.
You can ask Sentai to increase or decrease the volume if you can’t hear it, or ask it to set it to maximum. The Sentai speaker has no physical volume buttons.
You can ask Sentai to not disturb them for a period of time, or tell Sentai that they are going away. Sentai will not try to reach out during this period. A notification will be sent to carers and family. This is an easy way to stop unwanted interruptions, for example during a conversation or an afternoon nap. It also is an easy way for users to inform the circle of care that they are not around. Sentai will try to catch up on earlier, missed reminders after by weaving them into any later conversations.
