Change the Wi-Fi network on a device

You can change the Wi-Fi network of a Sentai Hub in the app. This works while the hub is still connected to the old network, or after it has lost its connection, for example because it was moved. If it has lost its connection, make sure it is plugged in first.

To change the Wi-Fi network in the app:

1. In the app, go to Devices and select the hub.

2. Scroll down and tap Change Wi-Fi.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

If that doesn’t work, reset the hub:

1. Press and hold the speaker button for 10 seconds to reset Sentai.

2. Keep holding, even if you hear a beep and see a red light, until the light turns white and amber.

3. The device will restart. Wait for the amber light to come on.

4. In the app, go to Devices and tap Set up speaker.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
