If enabled, Quick help will send a notification to carers and relatives who are configured to receive help notifications when the users indicates that help is needed. Help requests will also be summarised in the Sentai app in the Activity Log. Quick help can be enabled in the Sentai app.
To enable Quick help in the app:
Go to Settings and Quick help
Enable the switch.
Carers and relatives can receive alerts if no movement has been detected for a set amount of time. Sentai will check if everything is alright and report back if there's a reply.
Sentai’s designed to contact nominated caregivers and family members not emergency services directly. Contacts can will assess the situation and call emergency services if necessary.
