
Users can ask Sentai for help. Sentai will ask the user to details, and send a notification to carers and family and friends who are configured to receive help notifications. Help requests will also be summarised in the Sentai app in the Activity Log.
Go to Settings and Quick help
Enable the switch.
Carers who have access to the Sentai Pro Dashboard can also enable quick help in the dashboard.
In the dashboard, go to go to Users in the left navigation.
Search for the user, or find the user in the list. Press the eye icon in the list to go to the relevant user.
In the userโs profile page, go to Settings and Quick help.
Open the panel and enable the switch.
No. Sentai has been designed to contact nominated caregivers and family members, not emergency services directly. Contacts can then assess the situation and call emergency services if necessary.
