Sentai can ask you about your wellbeing regularly. Your responses and trends are shown on the app, dashboard, and through notifications to carers and family members.
Sentai provides detailed reporting of activities, movements, and wellness scores, giving carers and family members peace of mind. This can help identify changes that might indicate emerging health issues, such as increased night activity.
Care notes can be added in the app by carers or family members who are configured to see care notes, either by voice or by typing. To add a care notes in the app:
Go to Notes in the main navigation
Press the pen icon on the action button at the bottom left
Enter your note. You can use the voice dictation feature on your phone.
Press Save.
You can set Sentai to ask users to rate their wellbeing. User will be asked to rate their wellbeing on on a scale of 1-10 at set times. The results will be visible in the Sentai app. To schedule a wellbeing rating in the app:
Go to Settings and Wellbeing rating
Press Plus to create a new wellbeing rating interaction.
You can enable a wellbeing rating question with the wake-up and bedtime interactions, or set at a custom time. To set a custom time:
Press Plus to create a custom wellbeing rating interaction.
Set the Display Name to name the interaction
If you want a specific Topic to rate, other than general wellbeing, for example “Knee pain”, you can set it here.
Set the recurrence of the event: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, start date and optionally end date, and the times as required.
Press Save.
Sentai’s built-in radar can detect motion. The current status, and when activity was last sensed, can be seen in the app under Activity. Sentai can be configured to send an alert to nominated contacts if no motion has been detected for a period of time. To set up no movement alerts in the app:
Go to Settings and No movement alerts
Enable no movement alerts
Set the number of hours after you’d like to be alerted if no movement is detected.
No movement alert will be sent to carers and family member as configured.
